Are You A Night Light?

I was watching a sermon by Mark Crow from Victory Church in Oklahoma City and he said something that really spoke to me.

"God called us to be a light of the world, not a night light. If your a night light the most your illuminating is the corner of a bedroom."Wow. How eye opening is that? We were called by Christ to be the light of the world. We must impact EVERYONE we know for Christ. How do we do that? Follow God's word! Be apart of good things, keep mean words to yourself, stay away from wild parties, worship him not other God's/Idols, and share the gospel.

What are some characteristics of a night light? Are you not sharing Christ? Are you acting like non believers? For non-believers to come to Christ they need to see what it LOOKS like. Not just going to church, and raisng your hands in worship. If you accepted Christ but still act the same they are NOT going to see ANY POINT in going to church to waste their time and keep doing the same thing.
